Hip HopC’mon, you know what hip-hop is…

We teach Hip Hop, Acro, and Strength. this class exposes our students to a very wide range of commercial dance styles. This class begins with a warm up comprising technique developing exercises, flexibility enhancing stretches and strengths building calisthenics.

Progression across the floor will help the student execute footwork patterns precisely and in rhythmic to music. The class ends with a combination in the center in which the student develops expression of style.
